we are all in this together, we are all affected by the Covid-19 situation. Due to the emergency situation regarding the risk of spreading the new coronavirus we have have introduced several security measures to protect our team members and customers. Some of us work from home and we do everything we can to provide you our services as you are accustomed to.

Our Auto-Ricambi.eu online shop is open and continues regularly.

We continue to accept e-shop orders, orders by phone or e-mail orders. You can also communicate with us via webchat.

What are the current changes that affect you?

• This is how we modified our availability on the phone and webchat:

Monday - Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm (8 - 17).
Friday from 8 am to 4 pm (8 - 16).
We always call back all missed calls.

• Temporary delivery restriction

Due to the measures of COVID-19 delivery to USA and Canada is temporarily suspended. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We have been sending car parts for 10 years. Most of them are in our own warehouse and we do everything to deliver them to you as usual.
We will monitor the situation and local authorities dispositions, keeping you duly informed with constant updates.
